The Long Beach City College women's beach volleyball team swept Mt. San Antonio College (5-0), Cypress College (5-0), and Orange Coast (5-0) on Friday morning at Granada Beach. After the three wins, the Vikings increase their overall record 11-1 and 2-0 in conference.
All Viking teams went perfect in the sand without losing one set in all three games.
Freshman Sierra Davis and Josannah Vazquez won by the scores of 21-10 and 21-14 against Mt. SAC, 21-15 and 22-20 against Orange Coast, 30-28 and 21-17 to Cypress College.
The Vikings will return to conference action on Friday, Mar. 23 against El Camino and Mt. SAC at Granada Beach.
