In a triumphant three-game conference series, the Vikings conquered the Pasadena City College Lancers, finishing with a 10-3 victory on their home turf. This win boosted the Vikings to a solid 10-3 overall record.

On the pitcher's mound, Royce Roberts (1-1) commanded the game, yielding only three runs on four hits while fanning three batters across five innings.

The Vikings wasted no time asserting their dominance at the plate. Xander McLaurin, leading off in the first inning, blasted a homer into left center, setting the tone. Olin Snakenborg followed suit with an RBI double to left, and Ryan Geck capped off the inning with a powerful 2 RBI double, propelling the Vikings to an early 4-0 lead.

Though the Lancers clawed back with three runs in the fourth, the Vikings promptly responded in the fifth, courtesy of a clutch 2 RBI triple by James Provencio, expanding their lead to 6-3.

Unyielding, the Vikings continued their offensive onslaught. Luke Davis and Geck added two more runs, before Caleb Brandon delivered a decisive 2 RBI single in the eighth, securing the commanding 10-3 victory.

Geck shone at the plate, going three for five with three runs and three RBIs, while Snakenborg contributed with a two-for-five performance, tallying two runs and one RBI.

The Vikings now set their sights on their next challenge, facing LA Pierce on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 1:30 p.m., eager to maintain their winning streak.
