The Long Beach men's soccer team tied the LA Mission College Eagles 2-2 on Tuesday afternoon.
The Vikings were first on the board with a penalty kick from forward Jesus Moreno to lead the Vikings 1-0. Then the Eagles tied the game 1-1 at the 12-minute mark.
The Eagles then fouled the Vikings in the box again to give then another penalty kick and forward Arnold Giron scored the Vikings' second goal to take back the lead 2-1.
The Eagles landed another one in with a header right at the 45-minute mark to close out halftime, and then both sides remained scoreless in the second half.
The Vikings will be back in action on Friday, Sept. 23 at San Bernardino Valley College at 6 p.m.
