Cameron Beaulac will start his second season as the lead assistant coach after 17 seasons as head coach of the LBCC men's soccer team. During his span as head coach, the team reached the Southern California regional playoffs eleven times (04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18) and won the South Coast Conference championship in 2006 and 2015. Beaulac had been named SCC Coach of the Year five times, (2004, 2006, 2013, 2015, 2016).

During his helm multiple players earned first-team honors, three conference players of the year, three All-West region, one All-American first-team member, as well as one national freshman of the year. In addition, his program placed players on the all-state academic team, and more than 90 have moved onto four-year universities.

At the high school level, Beaulac coached for 18 years, 16 of those years being varsity, 13 at Long Beach Polytechnic. During his tenure at Polytechnic, he won three league championships, one C.I.F. championship, and placed more players into four-year colleges than any other coach in the surrounding area. He also won numerous coach of the year awards. Currently he is the Director of both the boys and girls' soccer programs at Poly. 

Beaulac was also head coach of Long Beach State’s soccer club team from 1995-98 where they won the conference title each year and qualified for regionals. For these accomplishments, Beaulac was voted conference coach of the year each year and regional coach of the year in 1998. 

At the club level, Beaulac has been extremely successful. He has been part of two national titles, coached at the premier level, and won such prestigious tournaments as Nomads, NHB, and Celtic to name a few. In addition, he has over 100 former players who have received college scholarships, as well as players who have gone on to play professionally both in the MLS and overseas, been on the U.S. Olympic team, and represented the U.S. on the National team.

Beaulac prepped at Lakewood High School, where he still holds assist records, then went on to play at Division I UC Irvine. While at Irvine, he was a four-year starter, team captain, as well as vice-president of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee.. In 1988-89 he was an All-Big West scholar-athlete recipient. He still shares the record for most assists in a game with three.  

Beaulac earned his Bachelor of Science degree from UC Irvine in 1988 and Masters of Arts in Human Performance and Sports from New Mexico Highland University in 2007. He also holds a California state teaching license and a National C coaching license

In addition to his coaching duties at LBCC, Beaulac is a teacher at Long Beach Polytechnic High School, and Director of Coaching for F.C. Premier with over 50 teams total in L.A. County, Orange County, and Texas. He has been married for 30 years and has two daughters, ages 23 and 21.
