No. 2 Vikings Win Tenth-Consecutive Game with 3-1 Win over No. 6 Moorpark

The No. 2 Long Beach City College men's volleyball team defeated the No. 6 Moorpark College Raiders 3-1 in their tenth-consecutive win. The Vikings previously defeated the Raiders 3-1 on Mar. 15 at Moorpark College. With tonight's win, the Vikings improve to 15-3 overall and 10-1 in the Western State Conference.

Freshman setter Joseph Rocha was the catalyst behind the ball as he led the team with 38 assists and had 12 digs against the Raiders. Freshman outside hitter Kyle Anema reigned on the court with 13 kills, and had two service aces. Freshman opposite Daniel Lozada was a force at the net for the Vikings as he totaled four blocks and also nailed two aces for the Vikings.  

The Long Beach City College men's volleyball team will return to the court on Friday, Apr. 12 at Santa Barbara City College for their final regular season match at 6 p.m.
