The Long Beach City College women's cross country team totaled 428 points to finish in 16^th place out of 16 teams at the highly competitive Orange Coast Classic at Fairview Park in Costa Mesa on Saturday.

Freshman Amalia Erazo (pictured) led the Vikings with her 87^th place finish. She cleared the 5K course with a time of 22:08.77.

Glendale College won the team event with an impressive 27 points. Karen Rosas of Glendale was the individual winner with a time of 18:05.47.

The LBCC women return to action on Friday (Sep 23) when they will compete at the Golden West Invitational at Central Park in Huntington Beach.
