Sophomore guard Taja Ward earns the Student-Athlete Spotlight of the Week for being a constant threat at the basket for the Vikings. Ward totaled 22 rebounds in the LA Valley College Tournament over the weekend. So far this season, she averages 5.8 rebounds per game and has 58 total rebounds.
She also hit ten points for the Vikings during the tournament and totals 45 points on the season.
