Sophomore shortstop Travis Aversa receives the Student-Athlete Spotlight of the Week honors for his offensive efforts this past week against Mt. SAC. In the games against Mt. SAC, Aversa had six hits, two triples, two runs and eight RBIs. In the second game against the Mounties, Aversa’s triple helped the Vikings rally and take back the lead to ultimately win the game.
