January 18, 2012Sophomore guard Raynard Tyler scored a team-high 17 points, including 14 in the second half, to help LBCC complete a late-game rally and beat visiting Los Angeles Harbor College 74-70 on Wednesday night. Ashton Edwards' (pictured) three-pointer with 1:23 to go sealed the win for the Vikings.

Men's Basketball: Vikings knock off No. 17 El Camino, 94-69
January 13, 2012Long Beach City College stunned No. 17 state-ranked El Camino College, defeating the Warriors in convincing fashion by a final score of 94-69 on Friday at the LBCC Hall of Champions Gym. The win improved the Vikings to 6-11 overall and 3-1 in conference play. Jared Garber (pictured) 12 points and eight rebounds.
