Detra Ransom "Coach Dee' enters her second season as Assistant Hurdles Coach after a successful first season in the college ranks. Under the collaboration and guidance of our LBCC Hall of Famer and Women's Head Coach Karen Vigilant, she helped produce another All-American season with our Viking female hurdlers. She also played a significant role in the development of our male hurdlers this past season. Coach Dee joins the Vikings Staff after a successful run as Hurdles Coach at LB Poly High School where she contributed to a number of Moore League, CIFSS, and CIF State Championships in 13 years there, while at the same time helping several student-athletes earn D1 athletic scholarships.
