For students using Teamworks, appointments are scheduled and managed through the mobile app, specifically within the "Teamworks Academics" or "Manage My Appointments" section. The system is designed for student-athletes to view, book, and cancel appointments with staff like academic advisors.
Booking an appointment on the Teamworks Hub mobile app
- Navigate to your profile: From the mobile app's dashboard, tap your initials or profile picture.
- Go to "Teamworks Academics": Scroll down to the Teamworks Academics section and tap on "Manage My Appointments".
- Book an appointment: Select the Book Appointment option.
- Select the appointment type: Use the dropdown menu to choose the type of appointment you need, such as advising or tutoring.
- Enter details: Complete the required fields, including location, host, date, and time. Your schedule is available for reference at the bottom of the screen to help you find a time that works for you.
- Submit the request: After reviewing the information, tap Submit.
Managing scheduled appointments
- View appointments: Your upcoming appointments for the week are listed in the "Manage My Appointments" tool. You can scroll through the list for more details.
- Access the unified calendar: The 2-way calendar integration with Teamworks Hub means that academic appointments and class schedules are integrated, giving you a single calendar view of all your commitments.
- Cancel an appointment: If your plans change, you can cancel an upcoming appointment.
- Go to "Manage My Appointments".
- Select View for the appointment you wish to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Appointment.
