Mary E. Aja MA, ATC is a graduate of the athletic training program at Long Beach State University. She graduated and received her certification in the summer of 1988.  She worked as a Graduate Assistant at CSULB in pursuit of an advanced degree in Sports Medicine/Sport Injuries and graduated in 1991.  In the fall of 1989 Mary began her career at Long Beach City College. Over her 30+ year career at LBCC Mary has worked with National teams, Olympic teams, professional, and collegiate athletes.   

Mary currently teaches athletic training classes at the community college level and in the Athletic Training Educational Program at California State University, Long Beach.  She is a clinical preceptor at CSULB and Long Beach City College serves as a clinical site.
