The Long Beach City College Vikings suffered an 8-0 defeat against East Los Angeles College in the final showdown of their three-game series.
Royce Roberts (3-3) took the loss on the mound, surrendering four runs on four hits over the first four innings to the Huskies.
ELAC got off to a quick start, putting runs on the board in the opening frame and maintaining their momentum throughout the game.
Caleb Brandon went 2 for 3 at the plate, while Brett Abudayyeh had a great performance, going 3 for 4.
The Vikings will look to bounce back on Tuesday, April 16th, when they hit the diamond again at 2 p.m.
