The Long Beach City College men's soccer team played to a 2-2 draw against visiting Los Angeles Harbor College on Friday at LBCC.
Long Beach (6-6-6, 3-5-4 SCC) led 2-1 after a penalty kick goal by sophomore Kevin Jimenez in the 31st minute. But Harbor (6-6-7, 2-4-6 SCC) put in the equalizer in the 45th minute when Joey Martin headed in a free kick pass for a goal.
Freshman Tim Harty scored the other LBCC goal in the 18th minute to tie up the game after Harbor's Oscar Caballero gave the Seahawks an early 1-0 advantage in the 11th minute.
Freshman Jesus Gutierrez (pictured) totaled six saves in goal for the Vikings.
LBCC hosts Pasadena City College on Tuesday (Nov. 8) at 1 pm.
