After capturing a South Coast Conference championship for the first time since 2006, the Long Beach City College men's soccer team was honored with 11 All-SCC postseason awards.

At the top of the list is head coach Cameron Beaulac. After guiding the Vikings to a 9-4-1 conference record and conference title, Beaulac was named the South Coast Conference Coach of the Year for the fourth time in his 12-year career at LBCC. He recently led Long Beach to the postseason for the ninth time and closed out the 2015 season with a 14-7-2 overall record.

On the playing field, LBCC had four first-team, four second-team, and two honorable mention selections.

Sophomores Evair Marin (Cabrillo HS) and Joel Atilano (Artesia HS) and freshmen Ari Claro (Artesia HS) and Israel Gonzalez ((Paramount HS) were all first-team picks. Marin led the Vikings' offense with 11 goals, including the game-winner in the LBCC's 1-0 victory over Mt. San Antonio College.  Atilano earned first-team honors for the second time and tied for the SCC lead with eight assists. Claro was the Vikings' leader on defense and contributed a pair of goals. Gonzalez manned the defensive center midfield position for Long Beach and scored the game-winning goal against rival Cerritos College.

Named to the second-team were sophomores Jesse Funes (Kennedy HS), Kristian Saravia (Downey HS), and James Pacheco (Mayfair HS) as well as freshman Bryan Majano (Downey HS). Funes earned All-SCC honors for the second and helped anchor the LBCC defense. Saravia was also a repeat all-conference selection at midfield. Pacheco was a two-year starter for the Vikings and served as team captain. Majano was second on LBCC with six goals and added three assists.

Honorable mention selection were sophomore defender Rodrigo Castellanos (Millikan HS) and sophomore forward Manuel Larios (Millikan HS).
