Seven Vikings Earn All-SCC Honors Following Championship Season

After an incredible season that saw the Long Beach City College men's soccer team capture both the South Coast Conference (SCC) Tournament title and the division championship, seven Vikings were honored with spots on the prestigious All-SCC Team. 

Leading the way was Abraham Ramirez, who was named Goalkeeper of the Year. Ramirez was a fortress in goal, posting an impressive 0.79 goals-against average, solidifying his place as one of the top goalkeepers in the conference. 

All-SCC South First Team

- Jose Mariscal – Forward, 13 goals 

- Carlos Reyes – Midfielder, 8 assists 

- Ulises Grado – Forward, 8 goals, 9 assists

All-SCC South Second Team 

- Roberto Orozco – Defender 

- Diego Penaloza – Defender 

- Julian Zarate – Forward, 7 goals
