Men's Water Polo's Vucurovic Signs to Mercyhurst University

Sophomore attacker Aleksa Vucurovic signed a National Letter of Intent to finish his water polo and academic career at Mercyhurst University.

After coming runner-up in the CCCAA State Championships and finishing out the season with a 29-4 overall record, sophomore attacker Aleksa Vucurovic signed a National Letter of Intent to finish his water polo and academic career at Mercyhurst University.

This past season, Vucurovic earned his second consecutive All-South Coast Conference (SCC) second-team selection honors as he tallied 25 goals and drew 29 ejections in the center position. He helped the Vikings win their third-consectuive SCC Championship this year with a perfect 7-0 record. 

The Mercyhurst University Lakers are led by eighteen-year head coach Curtis Robinette, compete at the NCAA Division II level, and are a member of the Collegiate Water Polo Association.
