Mike Rogers is a highly experienced softball and baseball instructor with a proven track recording spanning 25 years at the youth level and seven years at the collegiate level. Mike is the President of the USA Athletics Organization, Head Coach for the Gold Team and a fielding, hitting, out field and game management instructor.

 

As a youth softball coach, he has won numerous tournaments, national championships, and has sent over 100 student athletes to college on scholarships.

 

Mike is currently the Assistant Softball Coach at Long Beach City College, where he is responsible for offense and defense for the program. Prior to re-joining Long Beach City College, he was the Assistant Softball Coach at Whittier College for two years with a winning record that earned the program a spot in post-season play. Prior to joining the collegiate ranks, Mike was the Head Softball Coach at Gahr High School.

 

Mike has coached both girls’ softball and baseball in Junior Olympic travel ball and has coached baseball at St. John Bosco for four years. Mike is the owner of On Deck Training facility, which he opened in 2008.
