Coach Zarders is a long-time member of USATF. During Covid, he developed a long-distance coaching technique using video to analyze jumps in real time to implement technical changes during track events. He used this technique while living and working abroad in Munich, Germany for 2 years. He recently retired from his profession as an automotive engineering and development director and now has more time to pursue his true passion of developing world-class jumpers.
