The No. 20 Long Beach City College Vikings defeated the LA Southwest College Cougars 115-16 in their South Coast Conference game on Wednesday evening in the Hall of Champions. With the win, the Vikings advance to 16-6 overall and 4-1 in conference action.

Scoring leaders for the Vikings was freshman guard Carla Cervantes with 29 points and freshman guard Rosemary Lazareno with 20 points. Freshman wing Aaliyah Carter led the Vikings in rebounds with 20 overall and totaled 18 points.

The Vikings will be back in action on Friday, Feb. 11 at Cerritos College at 7 p.m.
