Sophomore forwards Allison Rose Veloz and Jennifer Skrumbis have been selected to play in the CCCSCA sophomore showcase at Mt. San Antonio College on Saturday, Dec. 4.

The showcase is in conjuction with the CCCAA men's and women's State Championship, which is being held at Mt. SAC on Dec. 3rd and 5th. Players register for the showcase at 11:30 a.m. and will play in one of the four 45 minute games.

This past season, Veloz earned the top award of the South Coast Conference as the Offensive Player of the Year as she led the conference with 20 goals and had 9 assists. She has been a consistent threat to her opponents and a huge offensive asset for the Vikings this season.

Sophomore forward Skrumbis was named to the All-Conference Second-Team honors list for her offensive efforts. She was always a dependable teammate and was the catalyst behind seven Vikings' goals.
