Vikings Dominate All-South Coast Conference Honors After Championship Season

After capturing the South Coast Conference South Division title with an impressive 6-2-1 record, the Long Beach City College women's soccer team collected a slew of postseason accolades. Ten Vikings were recognized with All-South Coast Conference honors, highlighting the team's dominance throughout the conference season.
Leading the way was Lorena Moreno, who was named Offensive Player of the Year after a stellar campaign that saw her rack up 11 goals, 6 assists, and 28 total points. Jackie Garibay was honored as Goalkeeper of the Year after posting a remarkable 0.47 goals-against average, proving to be a critical anchor for the Viking defense.
