The Long Beach City College women's volleyball team fell to No. 6 state-ranked Pasadena City College 3-1 on Friday at LBCC in both teams' South Coast Conference opener.

Long Beach took the opening set 25-16 to stun the Lancers. But Pasadena settled down and won out the next three by scores of 25-17, 25-9, and 25-13.
