Longtime Long Beach City College faculty member and successful former head coach Donna Prindle is set to receive another honor as she will be inducted into the California Community College Women’s Volleyball Coaches Association (CCCWVCA) Hall of Fame this weekend.

Long Beach City College improved to 2-0 early in the season after its 3-0 sweep of visiting Ventura College on Wednesday at the Viking Gym. Long Beach cruised in its home opener, winning the match by scores of 25-14, 25-10, and 25-15. Celina Yandall led LBCC with 11 kills.
