Earkman Signs NCAA Division 1 National Letter of Intent

The Long Beach City College volleyball team's sophomore Brooke Earkman signed her National Letter of Intent to NCAA Division 1 California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) to continue her academic and athletic career at the next level.

Earkman was a South Coast Conference First-Team honors recipient, as she was a constant threat to her opponents. She ranked third on the conference leaderboard with 342 kills during the season and averaged 4.02 kills per set. Earkman also led the team with 28 total service aces for the season.

In her last game against Orange Coast College in the SoCal Regionals Playoffs, Earkman topped her the Pirates with 30 points and had 17 digs.

The CSUF Titans are led by fifth-year Head Coach Ashley Preston, the 2019 Big West Conference Co-Coach of the Year, and compete in the Big West Conference. Last season, the Titans went 12-15 overall and held a Top 25 ranking with 17.44 digs per set.
