The Viking women's water polo team traveled to Fullerton, CA on Friday evening to face off against Fullerton College for the second time this season. After dropping the first contest by the final score of 14-17, Long Beach topped Fullerton the second time around en route to the 12-10 win.

Freshman center Victoria Johnson (Long Beach, CA) stole the offensive show once again for the Vikings by displaying a knack for finding the back of the net. For the second-consecutive contest, Johnson has scored eight goals en route to victories. Additionally, she added two assists and four steals. Currently, Johnson is ranked third in the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) in goals with a total of 55 thus far.

The Vikings are currently riding a three-game winning streak after defeating Orange Coast on Monday, September 24th and taking down East Los Angeles, 22-7, on Wednesday, September 28th for their first conference victory.
