The Long Beach City College men’s volleyball team totaled four All-Western State Conference postseason honors following the conclusion of the 2015 season. The 2015 Long Beach City College men's volleyball season came to a crashing end after a 3-1 loss at Orange Coast College in the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) State Championship quarterfinals.

Needing a win in their final Western State Conference match of the season to wrap up a spot in the postseason, the Long Beach City College men’s volleyball team rolled to a 25-18, 25-14, 25-21 victory over visiting Santa Barbara City College on Friday.

Freshman Alejandro Albarran posted a match-high 13 kills while sophomore Alfonso Mata added 11 kills to help lead the Long Beach City College men’s volleyball team to 25-18, 25-22, 25-14 sweep of visiting San Diego City College on Wednesday in the Vikings’ home opener.
