The playoff run for Long Beach City College continues on Wednesday night (Mar. 6) when the Vikings will travel to face a familiar foe. No. 8 seeded Long Beach will take on No. 1 seed and undefeated Mt. San Antonio College in Round 3 of the CCCAA Southern California Regional Playoffs in Walnut.

One of the finest seasons in school history came to a painful end on Wednesday night as Long Beach City College fell at No. 1 and undefeated Mt. San Antonio College 74-59 in Round 3 of the CCCAA Southern California Regional Playoffs. Freshman Shakeena Benton (pictured) led LBCC with 13 points.
