Dominique Arnold (Track and Field, 1993-94): Arnold was a two-year standout at LBCC, twice earning all-conference honors. As a freshman in 1993, Arnold won the state championship in the 110-meter high hurdles. He went on to compete at Washington State University for two seasons (1995-96) where he captured a NCAA championship in the 110 high hurdles in 1996. In 2005, Arnold emerged as one of the top hurdlers in the world, finishing fourth at the World Outdoor Championships in Finland and second at the USA Outdoor Championships. He was also ranked No. 1 in the world in 2005 by the International Athletic Association Federation (IAAF).
