The Long Beach City College women’s water polo team suffered an 8-7 loss in sudden death overtime to Cerritos College in the finals of the South Coast Conference Championship tournament to finish in second place on Saturday. Following the loss, LBCC was awarded the No. 4 seed for this week’s Southern California Regional Championships at Riverside Community College.
